I refer to my letter of Mar 15, 2022 02:54:17 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 2316.
Kindly clarify if what you are requesting is BIR Form 2316 or ITR as we have different policies, manner and venue of filing on these two documents.
If you are an employee and requesting for BIR Form 2316, kindly provide us the TIN, RDO and complete name and address of your employer for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO having jurisdiction over your employer’s address and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 08, 2022 01:47:48 AM, your request will be closed.
