Good day! I would like to request for my BIR ITR 2316 for year 2020 since I lost it. The reason why I badly needed it, is because it is an employment requirement that I need to submit before I start my new work.

I refer to my letter of Jun 10, 2021 02:28:00 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR 2316.
