In reply, if you want a stamped TIN Verification Slip you may proceed to Revenue District Office (RDO) Nos. 25A-West Bulacan and 25B-East Bulacan (both within the area jurisdiction of your residence) and are located along Bypass Road, Tiaong, Guiguinto, Bulacan.

Please be reminded that TIN is confidential information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
