Sir/mam goodmorning Beverly Jane V Esmedilla lang po. Query ko lang po meron po bang online processing ng change of status sa family name and iba pang updates. In may current situation po kasi im presently assign here in cebu city so bhira po makauwi because of my work as a PAF enlisted personnel po. This will be a big help kung online po sana na makaupdate  po ako. Salamat po sir/mam

Per our phone conversation this morning August 26, 2022, kindly accomplish BIR Form 1905 (Application for Registration Information Update/Correction/Cancellation) and the same is available at the BIR Website (www.bir.gov.ph under https://www.bir.gov.ph/index.php/bir-forms.html) and email it to rdo_52css@bir.gov.ph with your two (2) valid I.D.s.

You may indicate in the new RDO column (RDO 59-Lipa City) of the BIR Form 1905, where your TIN record will be "transferred" - which is to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
