Hi! I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request copies of my income tax return  for the purpose of supporting my visa application. These documents are a vital part of the application process, and I kindly request your assistance in providing me with the necessary information. 

1. A copy of my income tax return for the tax year 2015-2023

Dear Ms. Bantilan:

I refer to my letter of Dec 21, 2023 04:39:37 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request  of copy ITR ( BIR form 2316).

This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-585191360995, for the Request for a Copy of BIR Form No. 2316.

After careful consideration, you are to coordinate with your EMPLOYER (s) as the same is/are Mandated to Issue the BIR Form No. 2316 for the Calendar Year (s) 2015 to 2023 (in case your employment has been terminated before the end of this year), pursuant to Section 83 of the 1997 Tax Code and Section 2 [2.83.1] of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 3-2002, respectively. 

The EMPLOYER (s) shall furnish each Employee/s with the Original Copies of BIR Form No. 2316 as Proof that your Taxes were Withheld and this will serve as your Income Tax Return (ITR).  EMPLOYER is required to issue BIR Form No. 2316 on or before January 31 of Every Year and On the Day the Last Payment of Compensation is Paid.

Please be informed also, that the available records in the Revenue District Offices (RDOs) are from Calendar Year 2020 up to 2022.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 14, 2024 08:45:02 AM, your request will be closed.
