Hi! I would like to request for below information.

1. What are the requirements and process for getting Certificate of Non-filing of Income Tax Return?

2. Can a foreigner living in Philippines get the document? If not, where can he get the document? The foreigner is living in Philippines together with his Filipino family.

Response to your request
We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as this is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.

However, the documentary requirements needed for the Processing of Application for Certificate of Exemption for Scholarship and Job/Livelihood Programs can be viewed here:
