Hi! I would like to request an ITR (Incoming Tax Return) to be used for documentation purposes.

I would like to also inform you that I have a small business and my monthly income ranges 20,000 PHP- 25,000 PHP.

Dear Mr. Alegada,

I refer to my letter of Jan 14, 2024 11:14:26 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return Request.

This is in connection with your request for information, with reference number #BIR-587048389605, for the Request for a Copy of Income Tax Return.

After careful consideration, copies of Income Tax Return (ITR) can be requested from the Revenue District Office (RDO) where the same was filed and/or submitted or to the RDO where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is registered. You just have to submit a Signed Letter Request for the purpose. 

However, if you are referring to BIR Form No. 2316, the same shall have to be requested from your EMPLOYER since the same is the One Mandated by Law to Prepare and Provide to the Concerned Employee/s pursuant to Section 2.83.1 of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2008.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 08, 2024 01:36:33 AM, your request will be closed.
