Hi! I would like to know where can we ask for assistance regarding BIR 1902 application in ORUS.(Cannot generate TIN of employee) We cannot reach CAD hotline 85383200.No one is also replying to our email sent to contact_us@bir.gov.ph. Went to RDO51 but their system for TIN issuance is also offline. We dont know what to do anymore.

Dear Ms. Bulacan:

I refer to my letter of May 18, 2023 09:43:24 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Unable to generate TIN thru ORUS.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

       1. What was the email address use in creating an ORUS Account? Or 
           enrolled in the ORUS Account?
       2. When was the date of your email request to BIR Customer Assistance 
           Division?

You may also try clicking the "Reprocess" Button in the Transaction History of your application to regenerate the TIN. You may retry time to time.

date of email seeking assistance is may 11, 2023. We're calling the CAD hotline since then.

Dear Ms. Bulacan:

I refer to my letter of May 18, 2023 09:43:24 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Unable to generate TIN thru ORUS.

In reply, please be informed that you may apply manually for the TIN of your employees at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered. Consequently, you also need to inform and request for the cancellation of your enrolled email address to the ORUS Account at the concern RDO through the issuance of a ticket reference through centerpoint of the RDO.
