Dear BIR,

I am writing to inquire about the process for obtaining my TIN ID. I already have my TIN number, but I have never received or been issued the corresponding TIN ID card.

Could you please provide me with clear instructions on how to obtain my TIN ID? I would greatly appreciate it if you could make the process as straightforward as possible.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 02, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request for TIN ID.

Response to your request

In reply, if you already have a TIN, you may get your TIN Card at the Revenue District Office (RDO) that issued your TIN (where you are registered). Just bring at least two (2) valid ID as proof of your identity.

Physical appearance of taxpayer is required. Authroized representative is not allowed, except for special cases approved by the RDO (ex. Senior Citizens or Persons with Disabilities).

If you do not know your RDO, you may inquire on it through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph.

Hi Sir/Mam,

If I forgot where my TIN number was issued before because it was a long time ago, can you help me check and verify which RDO I should go to in order to get my TIN ID?
