Hi. I would like to request to change my rdo. It shows on my Form 2316 that my rdo is 126. I need to change it to antipolo rdo for employment and as requested by my employer. Thanks.

We called your mobile number today, September 27 and apprised you that upon verification with our Internal Revenue Integrated System (IRIS) your Tax Identification Number (TIN) is already registered at Revenue District Office (RDO) 45 - Marikina  based on your residential address Antipolo.
