The BIR Iligan office's customer service is notably sluggish, and they provide inconsistent guidance with each transaction. During our visit to obtain a TIN for my senior aunt, we observed that there was no dedicated lane for senior citizens. There's a clear need for system enhancement to ensure consistent advice and streamline processes, preventing clients from returning without successful results.
