Good day! I would like to request for information and data about the tax incentives that are available for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Thank you for your request dated Aug 24, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Tax Incentives for MSMEs.

Response to your request

In reply, we resolved to deny your request for the following reason/s:

1. It has no purpose/the purpose lacks specificity (per Section 13.3 of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual);
2. A written indorsement of the supervising teacher/professor/instructor is needed (per Section 13.4 (d) of the Revised People's Freedom of Information Manual); and
3. Tax Exemption/Incentives for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) office.
