I refer to my letter of Jan 10, 2023 10:49:20 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return (ITR) and/or BIR Form 1700.

We  been calling your mobile number today, January 10, to validate your existing eFOI request, however, it was unsuccessful.

We would like to know the name of your employer during the taxable year per your request for us to verify and inquire from our database the Revenue District Office (RDO) where they are (employer/s) are registered.

You may use the reply function on the eFOI portal at http://www.foi.gov.ph/requests/aglzfmVmb2ktcGhyHQsSB0NvbnRlbnQiEEJJUi01OTY3ODE2NzYxNjAM, for request with ticket number #BIR-596781676160, to respond.
