I refer to my letter of May 05, 2023 10:31:10 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return for Calendar Year 2021.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. It would be helpful to know the following details:

1.) What Income Tax Return are you referring to, is it BIR Form 1701 or 1701A?
2.) What is the Complete Name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
3.) What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
4.) Exact Month/Date/Year filing of your Income Tax Return?
5.) Did you file online or over the counter?
