You asked for 2316.

Response to Request

We called your contact information today (June 2, 2022) and informed you that  you can request from your employer a copy of your BIR Form 2316 pursuant to Section 2.83 of Revenue Regulations No. 02-98, as amended which provides that “The employer shall furnish each employee with the original and duplicate copies of Form No. 2316 xxx.”.

Nevertheless, we have asked some details as can be gleaned from tracking number #BIR-622950348586 so we can endorse your concern to the revenue district office having jurisdiction over the place of your employer.
