   I would like to request for the copy of my 2316 form, if possible. I am applying for a new work and they are requiring me to submit my latest 2316 form.

You asked for REQUEST FOR COPY OF 2316.

Response to your request
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested as your ITR/BIR Form 2316 for 2021 has yet to be filed next year. However, you may request this from your employer. As mandated by law, every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
