Hi!
Good morning would like to ask help for me to have a copy of my 2020  2316 cause my copy was still with my old house and we cannot go home due to covid.Still in quarantine since weve been tested positve. Hope you can help us out. Thank you in advance.

I refer to my letter of Jan 14, 2022 02:05:39 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2316 certificate of compensation payment/tax withheld.
