Response to your request

Please be informed, that we do not accommodate TIN Verification Slip being requested in the eFOI Portal for the following reasons:

1. It falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.);
2. TIN is considered a piece of sensitive personal information that is bounded by the Data Privacy Act of 2012. And uploading your other sensitive information in the public website (such as the FOI Portal) is not allowed;
3. You have been advised to proceed with our Revenue District Office located at 2nd to 5th floor BDI Bldg., Lot 35, Blk 167 Commonwealth Avenue, Brgy. North Fairview Quezon City. Your landmark is Elyongs Restaurant and almost opposite of Geneva Garden Subdivision.
