I refer to my letter of Sep 13, 2023 10:19:09 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  In particular, it would be helpful to know the following details:

1)	What kind of Income Tax Return (ITR) are you requesting from us? Is it BIR 
        Form No. 1701? or BIR Form No. 1701A?
2)     What is the Complete Name indicated in your filed Income Tax Return?(
3)	What is the Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed Income Tax 
        Return?
3)	Your Revenue District Office (RDO)?
4)	Did you file your Income Tax Return Online (thru eBIR Form Facility) or over 
        the counter?

We called your mobile number today, September 21 and apprised you to proceed to our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 72-Roxas City for assistance on the computation of your Income Tax Return for Calendar Year 2022 since it is already beyond the due date.
