I refer to my letter of Apr 25, 2023 01:23:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request of Income Tax Return copy.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

1.) What Income Tax Return (ITR) are you referring to? Is it BIR Form 1701 or BIR Form 1701A?
2.) What is the filing date of your Income Tax Return or When did you file your Income Tax Return?
3.) What is the Complete Name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
4.) What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
5.) What Revenue District Office No. did you file your Income Tax Return?
6.) Did you file your Income Tax Return online or over the counter?
