Hi!

I would like to request a copy of my Y2021 ITR or Y2022 ITR whichever is available. I was told by my employer that the Y2022 is not yet filed  yet so I may need a Y2021 as back up. Looking forward for your favorable response. Thank you.

I refer to my letter of Jan 30, 2023 03:48:13 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR 2316 (2021 or 2022).

For a copies of your BIR Form 2316 for Taxable Years 2021, kindly provide us the following data in order for us to evaluate your requested information:

1. Your Tax Identification Number (TIN);
2. Complete Name of your Employer (For Taxable Year 2021);
3. TIN of your Employer; and
4. Address of your Employer

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-608232138155, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 24, 2023 11:11:04 AM, your request will be closed.
