Hi,

I would like to know the email address of rdo 126 so I can email them the request to transfer my current rdo to rdo 050 south makati.

I have sent an email to rdo 050 south makati hoping to process my transfer of rdo if not please send or provide the email address of rdo 126.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 13, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a BIR Form 1905.

In response to your request, the said form is downloadable at the BIR Website (https://www.bir.gov.ph/index.php/bir-forms.html) can be printed and shall be submitted at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) is currently registered. 

You may email your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and scanned copies of your government issued I.D.s at RDO No. 44-Taguig/Pateros (rdo_44css@bir.gov.ph) and request for immediate transfer of your TIN record to the RDO having jurisdiction over the place of your residence.
