Hi!

We have processed and submitted all required documents for eCAR application and we already had an claim stub number but when we came to BIR, eCARs are still pending, awaiting signature.

I understand that there are contingencies to delegate signing to deputies in case the principal signatory is unavailable but we are wondering why signature for the eCAR is still pending.
