Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 03, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Request for all the Online lending Application if they are paying tax and high interest collection e.

In response to your request, please be guided of the following:

1.Under Sec.13.3 Standard Procedure for FOI Request to wit:” The purpose of the request for information shall be specific or adequately and sufficiently described. General averments of the purpose such as "for information," "for research," "for legal purpose," or other similarly worded purposes shall not be considered to have met the requirements of specificity. Failure to specify the reason for or purpose of the request for information shall be a ground for denial of the FOI request;
2.  If the Lending Company/Institution is/are paying the correct taxes - this can be answered best by the Revenue District Office having jurisdiction over the address of this lending company/institution;
3. For Question No. 2-5, this is within the jurisdiction of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
