Hi, I would like to request for information regarding my TIN verification if I registered in RDO of Laguna.

Dear Ms. Roneline Nodo:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 09, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a TIN verification slip.

After careful consideration, we resolve to deny your request due to the reason that the request falls outside the scope of the FOI program (i.e. the request is a front-line/government service of the agency, etc.).

We would like to advise you to visit our Revenue District Office (RDO) on your request. Please bring two (2) valid government-issued I.Ds containing the photograph and signature as proof of your identity. If the request is made through representative, a written authorization and/or special power of attorney of the requesting party (principal) and at least two (2) valid government IDs containing the photograph and signature of the representative shall be presented.

Please be informed also that we have RDOs situated in Laguna Area, namely:

1. RDO No. 55-San Pablo City - BIR Regional Office Building, Brgy. San Nicolas, Maharlika Hi-way, San Pablo City;
2. RDO No. 56-Calamba, Laguna - RP Bldg., corner M.H. Del Pilar co. J.P Rizal, Brgy. 6, Calamba City
3. RDO No. 57-BiÑan, Laguna - 2/F Umbria Commercial Center, National Rd., Tulay Batom, Brgy. San Antonio, Biñan City
