May i request for a copy of my BIR 2316 for the year 2015 (specific dates : 06/01/2015 - 12/31/2015) from a specific employer.

Dear Mr. Hontucan,

I refer to my letter of Mar 03, 2022 03:47:09 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for BIR Form 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.  In particular, it would be helpful to know your employer’s TIN, RDO, business name & address for CY 2015 and email it at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before May 27, 2022 05:19:36 AM, your request will be closed.
