a) Tax Revenue Collected on 2015 per province (in million pesos)

On that note, I also would like to ask what Revenue Collection (in million pesos) means from the data on your site? If this is not the same as Tax Revenue Collected, may I also request:

B) Revenue collection (in million pesos) on 2015 per province.
