I would like to request for a copy of my ITR. I have worked in the Philippines from June 2007 up to June 2012.

Dear Mr. Pagcaliwangan,

I refer to my letter of Nov 22, 2021 01:53:36 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to properly endorse and work further on your request we need more information from you regarding your query, kindly provide us with the following details (for each year)and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as this contains sensitive information
-What ITR form did you file from 2007-2012? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 15, 2022 12:48:38 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
