Dear Ms. Maria Francheska:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 16, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for your Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form 2316.

In response to your request, we have called your contact information and suggest that you coordinate with your previous employer the Sunbean Intext Ink for your BIR Form 2316 for Calendar Year 2020. As they are the one who prepare the BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Income Tax Withheld) and issue the same to their employees.

Otherwise, you may try to request for a copy of your BIR Form 2316 with our Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 52-Parañaque where your employer is registered and submits reports only if your employer submitted the same to them.
