Response to Request

We called your mobile number today, May 23 and apprised you accordingly on your concerns, to wit:

1. Request for TIN Verification - You can now retrieve your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office (RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie can be accessed on the BIR website at https://www.bir.gov.ph; and

2. Request for Revenue District Office Code Transfer - you may send (via email) your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 and scanned copies of your two (2) valid issued government I.D.s at rdo _40css@bir.gov.ph. The concerned/current RDO will be the one to transfer your TIN record to RDO 54B-Kawit Cavite.
