Dear Ms. Agoncillo:

I refer to my letter of May 13, 2023 09:33:49 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return for Calendar Year 2022-2023.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. It would be helpful to know the following details:

1.) What Income Tax Return are you referring to, is it BIR Form 1701 or 1701A?
2.) What is the Complete Name indicated in the Income Tax Return you filed?
3.) What is your Tax Identification Number as indicated in your filed return?
4.) Exact Month/Date/Year filing of your Income Tax Return?
5.) Did you file online or over the counter?

Please be informed that your Income Tax Return for Calendar Year 2023 is not yet due and it will be file on or before April 15 of the following year (2024).

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-625265277428, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Aug 07, 2023 05:16:30 AM, your request will be closed.
