Dear APRIL RODRA DE CASTRO:

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 13, 2022 06:50:56 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You request for a copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR).

In reply, we have called your contact information today (July 14, 2022 at 1:14 P.M) and asked for additional details like what ITR are you referring to: Is it ITR for Self-Employed Individuals (BIR Form 1701 or 1701A) or Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld For Compensation Payment With or Without Tax Withheld (BIR Form 316) for Compensation Income Earners.

Since you are employed under a Job Order Contract of Service and you have already filed your BIR Form 1701 last April 18, 2022, thus, you no longer need to request from the Bureau a copy of your ITR.

Please be informed that that the ITRs that our district offices have in files are those returns which were filed and paid over-the-counter through the various Accredited Agent Banks (AABs). However, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIR and EFPS system and if with payment reurns who opted to use the Online System, we regret to inform you that district offices do not have a hard copies of those returns in file.

If you need a certified true copy of your BIR Form 1701, you may personally or through your authorized representative file your request to our district office and bring along the original return and a photocopy and pay the corresponding certification fee of P100.00 plus a documentary stamp for P30.00 this will be attached to the certified true copy.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Sherry Ann Cuyos
FOI Receiving Officer
