I would like to request for you to verify whether my TIN is existing and that I am paying my taxes properly under my name. I have been employed by 3 companies already and I am worried that my TIN is not registered under my name.

In this regard, to personally verify your TIN, we highly advise you to call our Customer Assistance Division (CAD) at telephone numbers: (02) 8981-7003, 8981-7020, 8981-7030, 8981-7040, 881-7046, 8981-7419, 8981-7452, 8981-7478 o 8981-7479, Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, except holidays. On the other hand, you may also visit the nearest BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) to personally verify your TIN. Please bring any of your government-issued IDs as proof of your identity.
