 Notary public Bionvenido B. Dagaraga and Demoiria A. Lion, under of deed of sale of private document dated Feb. 9, 1973.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact or coordinate with the BIR Revenue District Office (RDO) that has jurisdiction over the place of the property. 

If the transaction date/sale is February 9, 1973 the records of the RDO on those time were no longer available. Hence you may get in touch with the National Archive of the Philippines which is located in Manila.
