HI! I would like to request a copy of my Income Tax Return (ITR) for the year 2020-2022

My name Is Rachel Ann Lorenzo. My tax Identification Number is 934-836-782-000. 

I am in need a copy for my upcoming travel Internationally

I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of my ITR at the earliest convenience.

Dear Ms. Lorenzo:

I refer to my letter of Aug 31, 2023 01:29:13 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In order to identify or locate the requested information, we are seeking for further clarification specifically:

1. Did you have a Registered Business between the period/year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022? Or were you an Individual Earning on Purely Compensation Income from the period/year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022?

2.  If Employed, kindly provide the Complete Name of your Employer/s, Employer’s TIN and Employer’s Registered Address for the period/year January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022?

3. Withstanding your answer to the first and second query, did you file an ITR for the cited period?
