Hello po...I would like to request the copy of my ITR...name Registerd Business is JE NELIE sari sari store...registered to Brgy. Calutcot Burdeos Quezon DTI business name number  3453132..and regstered TIN number 257-390-523-000..
My purpose why i need this copy is for my personal business loan in the bank..

Response to your request

In reply, we called your mobile number today, August 7 and apprised you that you may either do any of the following for the filing and payment of your BIR Form No. 1701 for Calendar Year (CY) 2022.

1. You may visit the Revenue District Office (RDO) No. 60-Lucena City located at LGCTI, Ilayang Dupay, Lucena City or you may get in touch with (042) 710-2011 and (042) 373-2001.

2. Or you may download the eBIRForms Package version v.7.9.4 in your laptop or Personal computer (follow the required steps) for you to be able to file and pay your 1701.
