Good day. I would like to request information about my TIN Number for the following reason/s: 

1) I have forgotten it, and I do not have a physical copy of my pay slip so I could not figure out what to do. 

2) It is needed for the job that I recently got an offer from.

We were able to determine that your request cannot be counted as a valid FOI request as it is part of the frontline service of the BIR, hence your request is denied.
