Dear Mr. Omar:

I refer to my letter of Aug 13, 2023 02:10:53 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

For consideration purpose, kindly provide the following:

1. Name of your Employer for CY 2022;
2. TIN Of your Employer; and
3. Registered Address of your Employer, for us to endorsed your concern to the Revenue District Office (RDO) where your employer is registered. You will be provided a copy once your employer has filed in your behalf, specifically the Annex F or the Certified List of Employees Qualified under Substituted Filing and if your name is included in the said list.

For BIR Form No. 2316 for CY 2023, the RDO will get a hold of the said document upon submission of your employer to them on or before February 28, 2024.

Kindly email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the subject email ticket number #BIR-639150417747, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Nov 07, 2023 06:03:41 AM, your request will be closed.
