Good Day.
I am a member of an online paluwagan at gusto ko po malaman kung ano ang take ng BIR and SEC sa mga ganitong operators na DTI registered daw po. Twing hulugan at may late maghulog may penalty na 10% per day depending on the principal amount kung saan ka kasali na grupo. Kapag hindi ka nakapag bayad, ipopost ka sa facebook.

Yes i would like to know if this is registered in BIR and SEC if possible. Ksi when i check DTI, i cannot see the registration. And for those people who left the paluwagn, their faces are all posted on Facebook to humiliate them .

In reply, owners/taxpayers who venture into business should not hesitate to register their businesses with the applicable government agencies, such as the Department of Trade and Industry or DTI (for Sole Proprietorship), Securities and Exchange Commission or SEC (for Partnerships and Corporations), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Mayor's Office.
BIR operates through Revenue District Offices (RDOs) where the business is located and has jurisdiction over the owner/taxpayer place of residence.
