Good day, ma'am/sir

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request assistance in obtaining a Tax Identification Number (TIN) from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Already submitted the application thru ORUS on December 22, 2023 but still no update until now since indicated with the application is just 3 working days.

Dear Mr. Mistas:

I refer to my letter of Jan 08, 2024 09:14:09 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for BIR TIN Number.

In reply, please provide the following Details:

1. Application Reference Number (ARN);
2. Email Address;
3. Taxpayer Name (including Middle Name); and
4. Date of Submission.

Email the requested information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph and indicate in the email subject ticket number #BIR-640309793801, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Apr 05, 2024 02:19:31 PM, your request will be closed.
