You asked for Zonal Value in Brgy. San Francisco, Naga City.

Dear Mr. Tolosa:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated February 7, 2022, regarding your request for the latest information on Zonal values within Naga City particularly Barangay San Francisco, for your file and reference.

Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay San Francisco, Naga City which took effect on February 14, 2020 (4th Revision).

	You can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph  , click the down button and click the See Zonal Values tab and perform the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located (Click RDO No. 65 – Naga City); 
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value (Click sheet No. 7 for present zonal values); and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.
