Hi I would like to  request the information regarding

1. my Incom Tax Return From January 1, 2021 - June 30,2021
since it is one of the requirement for my loan

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug. 09, 2021, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request
You asked for Income Tax Return.

Response to your request:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance your request is denied as we are still missing from you some vital information. Kindly attach two government-issued IDs with your birthdate and picture, and contact numbers, for identification purposes.

However, if you have been an employee whose income tax has been correctly withheld, and has only one employer and has been qualified for substituted filing for the taxable year 2020, the Certificate of Withholding filed by your employer, duly stamped "Received" by the Bureau, shall be tantamount to the filing of the income tax return. You may request Form 2316 from your employer as it is mandated by law that every employer shall issue BIR Form No. 2316 to every employee before the close of such calendar year, if employment is terminated, on the day on which the last payment of compensation is made.
Moreover, your ITR for 2021 has not yet been filed as filing of the said ITR will be on or before April 15 next year.
