I would like to request a latest copy of my ITR.

If the coverage date I inputted is not the latest, then please do provide me the latest one if available.

1. For the said period until the current I am purely employed and no other source of income.

3. For the requested period I have not 
    personally filed an ITR since I am 
    employed & my employer files this.

4. Here in the attached file is the copy 
   of my BIR form 2316.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 18, 2022 10:03:47 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your Request for the latest copy of your Income Tax Return (ITR) or BIR Form 2316.

In reply, we have called your contact information today (July 18, 2022 at 11:29 A.M) and apprised you that the BIR Form 2316 which has been issued to you by your employer is as good as ITR, thus, you no longer need to secure from us a copy of your ITR .
