I would like to request for my BIR form 2316 for those specific dates, it is needed as one of my requirements for my Skills Assessment for my Australia application.
I already requested for my BIR Form 2316 here in your website, but I was employed with another employer for the 2nd half of 2017.
I will just send another e-mail on the details of my employer regarding this request.
