Hi! I would like to request my BIR 2316 year 2020. I misplace my copy and I am here in Canada now and I want to study as Personal Support Worker. They need my BIR 2316 year 2020 as one of their requirements. I hope you accept my request. Thank you so much.

I refer to my letter of Jun 21, 2022 08:08:48 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 2020 INCOME TAX RETURN- BIR 2316.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Kindly provide us the Name of your Employer, Employer Business Address and Employer Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) for us to properly endorse your request to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the address of your employer for the taxable year 2020.

Email the additional details/information at sherry.ann.arcita@bir.gov.ph indicating the tracking number #BIR-645985232653, to respond.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Sep 13, 2022 12:43:23 AM, your request will be closed.
