My name is Kris Justin Daniel.

I would like to request for my ITR BIR 2316 from 2013 to 2014.
The mentioned year was the time I was working in Maynilad. I tried to email them but no update yet. I was hoping that you will help me on my concern.

I refer to my letter of Mar 09, 2022 01:24:18 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for ITR BIR 2316.

Kindly clarify if what you are requesting is BIR Form 2316 or ITR as we have different policies, manner and venue of filing on these two documents.
If you are an employee and requesting for BIR Form 2316, kindly provide us the TIN, RDO and complete name and address of your employer for us to properly endorse your request to the concerned RDO having jurisdiction over your employer’s address.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jun 01, 2022 08:43:05 AM, your request will be closed.
