Hi, I would like to request for a copy of my ITR. I intend to use it in my credit card application.

Dear Mr. Toriego,

I refer to my letter of Dec 21, 2021 08:18:15 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return.

In order for us to work further on your request, in particular,Kindly provide us the following details and email them at ana.marie.du@bir.gov.ph. as these contain sensitive information:
-What ITR form did you file? for what year? 
-Where did you file your ITR, what RDO are you registered with?
-Your TIN (if self-employed)
-Tax Return Confirmation Receipt (if your ITR were filed online) 

Please be informed that the ITRs that we have in our files are those returns that were filed and paid over-the-counter through our various Accredited Agent Banks; however, for no-payment returns that were filed through our eBIRforms and EFPS system, we do not have the hard copies of these returns on file. Also. if your are asking for ITR for CY 2021, this is yet to be filed next year, hence we cannot provide you the same.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Mar 15, 2022 08:58:03 AM, your request will be closed.

We hope to hear from you at the soonest possible time.
