You asked for Zonal Valuation of Barangays in Gapan City.

Dear Ms. Perdiguerra:	
		
This is in reply to your email message dated September 14, 2021, regarding your request for the zonal values of properties located in Barangay Mangino, Gapan, Nueva Ecija. 

	Attached herewith is the Schedule of Zonal Values for Barangay Mangino, Gapan, Nueva Ecija. 

	In addition please be informed that you can access the zonal valuation thru the BIR website www.bir.gov.ph using the “Quick Links” tab for Zonal Values and by performing the following procedures: 

1. Select the RDO where the property is located; 
2. Download the “Zip Excel File” upon checking the file, it will display several sheets; 
3. Select the ‘NOTICE’ tab as it will serve as guide on what sheet has the applicable zonal  
    Value; 	
4. Choose the revision schedule that you need before you select the sheet for the zonal   
    Value; and 
5. View the municipality and barangay of your property.

Your right to request a review
