I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2023 01:38:14 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Income Tax Return and/or BIR Form No. 2316.

In reply, kindly clarify if you have a registered business during the period of 2022 and 2023? Or are you a self-employed individual (Job Order Contract) during the period of 2022 and 2023? Or an Individual Earning Purely Compensation Income (Employee) for the period of 2022 to 2023?
