Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for BIR Certificate of Registration.

Response to your request

In reply, you may request for a Certified true Copy (CTC) of your BIR Form No. 2303 (Certificate of Registration) directly at the Revenue District Office (RDO) where you are registered. Kindly bring the original and photocopy of the COR 

Any request for certification that may be requested by a taxpayer from the RDO on matters relating to its registration shall be charged with a fee in an amount not exceeding one hundred pesos (P100.00), in addition to the documentary stamp tax of Thirty Pesos (P30.00) imposed under Section 188 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
